Massage, I believe is the best stress relief available! Stress or emotional upheaval often stores itself in our body. Muscles tighten and constrict and end up in what is commonly known as ‘knots’. Massage can release these knots and refresh not only your muscles but your soul as well. Many of us work long hours and use the same muscles day in day out in repetitive movements. We don’t have as varied a lifestyle (physically) as we used to. Some muscles are overworked and as the others overcompensate they both end up in discomfort. Massage will also help with these aches and pains and in most cases with regular treatments keep it at bay.

Have a 60 minute full body massage or a 30 minute back massage with a scalp massage and foot massage for the remaining time. It is entirely up to you! Our therapists use mainly Swedish massage techniques with pressure point and asian influences as well.

spray tanning
We use Sunfx spray tanning systems to give you a safe all over bronzed glow.
How does it work?
You will literally be sprayed with a coloured tanning solution. The colour makes it instantly visible ensuring an even coat and the spray action breaks the liquid into a spritz making it quickly and easily absorbed into the skin.
The tan will take a few minutes to dry after which you may get dressed and go home being careful not to get wet for at least 5 hours. Your Sunfx tan has enzymes that make your body tan itself bringing your natural colour to the surface therefore suiting you perfectly. It is this ‘real tanning’ process which develops over time and why you cannot wash off your tan or get wet while this is
happening. Prior to arriving for your spray tan please exfoliate your body and remove any underarm deodorant.
